Pretzelmaker

Pretzels!! My favorite place in the mall. Unfortunately not this time. I watched the gentleman working the counter treat the man in front of us (who inconveniently asked for a bag) and the woman in front of the man (who was unfortunately to close to the counter) horribly. Two different customers. When it was my time to order I asked for a large pretzel bites and a cheese. He didn't put the cheese on my order. (Honest mistake) However, when I asked for or thought I was reminding them for the cheese he raised his voice at me and also treated me awful telling me rudely it was 80 cents more. No thank you for that experience. I won't be back.

Its too bad really because I love pretzel maker. The employees and specifically the tall male manager are so disrespectful. Worst customer experience I have had. After I sat down I watched how disrespectful they treated other customers as well. I truly hope they are not being told to act this way from higher management/cooperate. The company really needs to get rid of this manager guy, he's literally losing you customers.

My husband and I came here in honor of his brothers day of death anniversary, who use to love this place. They denied both of us service for not wearing a mask for medical reasons that make it difficult to breathe, and he was not wearing one due to my hearing loss. Idaho law clearly states who is and who is not require to wear masks, in which both cases are listed under those who are not required to wear one. Last time I checked Idaho law overrules the opinions and pride of two Prezel Maker employees. This is discrimination, simple as that.
