Always good for fast food. Also had good service at this location when I went.

Ok I have to leave a review now. I came to Arby’s a few days ago and ordered 2 Cajun Fish.
Got home and the fish were not Cajun, just normal. So I go to Arby’s tonight and tell them and order 2 more “Cajun” fish and when I get home I want not had one fish Sandwich.
NOT HAPPY!
I called and spoke with the manager and explain the situation. The manager offered to give me two free fish sandwiches the next time I came in. I told him I would be there shortly because I wanted my dinner. So they had the fish ready for me when I got there. The manager also gave me a card for a free meal the next time I come in. I would have given this review only one star but because the manager gave me the free meal I’m giving it to stars.
It really is not that hard to make sure the person’s order is correct. This happens way too often at all fast food restaurants.

I went and ordered food for my family last night and the girl at the drive thru made my entire day. She was so kind and helpful. Will be returning, 5 stars for Arby’s. Great customer service, great food, and the service is fast and convenient.

Went there and order got mixed up so I asked for a refund. The manager was amazing. She gave me a refund and apologized and gave me the correct order. I told her it was fine and she insisted on me taking. Amazing service 👏

I enjoy the jamoca shake and curly fries. For your first time try a roast beef and cheddar!

They were accommodating when I realized I ordered the roast beef not the roast beef and cheddar I meant to order. Friendly service.

Very helpful. When we asked if they had something that didn’t not show on the menu they were able to make it. They let us try the sweet potato fries. the Dr Pepper needed to be filled and they had it working quickly.

I mean it was the Arbys experience. If you want higher quality food or a sit down restaurant go somewhere else. It was good fast food and the best service you can get from a fast food joint. The only complaint I have is that I ordered 4 meals and only got the sandwiches. I personally am not angry over it and I'm sure if I cared enough to show them the receipt they would've fixed the problem
