We got seated by who I think is the owner right away and we got our drinks quickly. My coffee was not hot but warm. It took forever for our food, the waffle maker was broken and our waiter started being a cook in the middle of waiting on us so we didn't get checked in on much. The two older lady waitresses were great. They made sure we had what we wanted. The food was good and cooked well. They just need more people working especially on a Sunday at breakfast time.

I walked out of Denny's feeling insulted. Here's my story. So I went to Denny's by myself. Once I entered the restaurant, I was greeted by a reluctant" how can I help you?" Like the waitress was annoyed I was there. I just said "table for one" and was seated. Before I had much chance to sit, I was immediately asked what I would like to drink. I politely replied that I didn't know yet and the waitress walked off. 10 seconds later I get asked again because she forgot or something. I said water and she brought me a glass. It all was kinda odd but I just brushed it off and didn't mind. I work in customer service as well and I know things like this happen. Anyway, she takes my order. I order 4 pancakes, 2 eggs, and 2 sausage links. My wait for took nearly 20 minutes. I didn't really mind but still felt it was an excessive wait. When she finally makes it to my table with my food I end up getting 2 pancakes, hash browns, scrambled eggs, and sausage links. I said that I ordered 4 pancakes and not 2. I didn't say anything about anything else. Once I said that, the waitress ran away as if to tell the cook to make 2 more pancakes. I brushed off the incorrect order and was fine to pay for the extra pancakes. I finish my meal and waited patiently for the two more pancakes. 15 minutes later I gave up. I didn't receive any sort of update from the waitress about the two extra pancakes or even a refill offer. The other waitress on shift seemed to treat her customers well. Wished I had the other waitress and not the clown. So I decided to get up and go pay after 15 minutes. The waitress rung me up and seemed to have completely forgotten about the pancakes. I was so frustrated I felt completely justified about not tipping her a cent and left. I didn't feel like confronting her about my order simply because I didn't want to confuse her little brain. The food was very good though. Props to the cook. Y'all need to give this girl the boot. She's a very awful waitress.

This was the best Dennys experience I have ever had. Patsy our waitress was a breath of professional and friendly fresh air. Drinks were always full and food was quick from order to table. 5/5 I will definitely go there again if I make another trip to West Yellowstone from SLC. Thank you Patsy for your kind hearted and easy going attitude while also being very professional.

Service was good. Our server had 8 tables and it was her first time ever being a server. She was falling behind because it was getting busy. Only a few servers wore a mask or gloves. When I asked the manager about this he said our masks were scaring the children. Really!? Well, what happens when you are the servers get COVID-19? He just laughed it off. I've noticed in Idaho Falls not many people wore the mask and social distancing wasn't popular.

Hair in the eggs. Cold food and a long wait. 20 minute wait on decaf coffee. One of the ladies behind the counter seemed high on something. This place has gone down. Honestly the owner should just shut it down. Every time we come here it's worse than the time before. Won't be back again.

Very grateful to the Christmas staff last night. I brought four very important people here to catch up and just have a cup of coffee. These guys were CrAzY busy and it was a bit chaotic. They were able to see all five of us and present us with a nice warm beverage to catch up.
