Papa Johns Pizza

Decent pizza, bad service. We've been going to Papa John's only because the pizza is all right and we haven't found better quality pizza in IF. This last visit I went in to pick up an online order. No one greeted me, a clerk asked the name on the order and then just handed me the boxes and walked away without saying a word. Also, no employees were wearing masks which I thought was standard nowadays. Still looking for that awesome pizza place we can enjoy!

Wonderful pizza, horrible customer service. This stuffed crust pizza was delicious but the customer service needs some work. When I get there to do carryout, I open the door and there is immediately a table there and a clear plexiglass and a gentleman comes up and says, what is the name on your order and I tell him and he says, I need you to pay for it and I do. I had close to $4 cash coming back and I tell him to keep the change and it confuses him. Meanwhile, I noticed he is alone, but he is searching for someone, so somebody else has to be there, but he hands me my pizza and says, "There ya go." I said thank you and proceeded to open the pizza to check it out and make sure it was correct. It was and it looked wonderful too. I said thanks to the worker and he said you are welcome and I left. Not great service at all, but that's great pizza.

Yesterday we ordered pizza for the kids and we picked it up on our way home. We ordered cheese sticks, garlic knots, and a 2 liter soda on top of the pizza. We picked our pizza up and drove home, upon getting there we realized that we did not have any garlic knots and instead had breadsticks, and we did not get cheese sticks and instead got bacon cheese sticks. And no 2 Liter of soda. I called back and talked to the manager who promptly made sure to remake our order and have it delivered to us. Great customer service and I appreciate the way you made this right for my family!

They are not organized at all. I stood at the door waiting forever .... you can’t even go in🤦🏼‍♀️ And then the person who took my order did not explain anything at all and wasn’t even going to ask for payment.... I had to tell him I wanted a receipt and wanted know why it was so much! He didn’t even tell how I would know when my order would be ready because again you can’t even step inside.... so I asked him & he didn’t even have the answer to that. I have not went to this location before and will not be back.

I like Papa John's, but this location needs to get it together. I order from here quite often, because the pizza is good. The service is lacking though. When I order I have become used to the pizza coming with a complimentary garlic sauce, papa john's spice packets and a few red pepper/parmesan packets. I specifically order three extra sauces as well. Consistency is completely out the window for this location. Sometimes I get everything I ordered and then some, but most of the time they forget my sauces all together... They need to do better. Today, I ordered my pizza and three extra sauces. The Papa Tracker failed to provide me with much of anything except to make me upset with Papa John's once again. Order said it would be 36-45 min, I got my pizza an hour later, while the tracker failed to provide any helpful information. No complimentary garlic sauce, which I guess I can live with, but of course my pizza is cold this time and looks as though the driver threw it into his car on the way to deliver it. I highly recommend, if you want to enjoy Papa John's, you go pick it up yourself, so you can make sure it is taken care of on the way to your home.
