Get yourself a bag of crisp bean burritos then make you a dipping sauce half ranch dressing and half chunky salsa. Use theirs at home it just does not have the same flavor. Love it.

The crisp meat burritos are my favorite. Not to mention they have the best hot sauce. Plus you can buy it by the bottle. The cheddar fiesta tots are wonderful as well. They are amazing and quick with the orders even when a little busy.

Everyone there today was extremely rude and dismissive. I went through the drive thru, and the girl kept cutting me off and would repeat my order, but everything she repeated was wrong so I had to correct her every time. Then as I was leaving I asked if I could have hot sauce. She lied and told me, "It should be in there." I hadn't asked for it yet, so I assumed it wasn't in there, and she just didn't want to do her job. There was a long line behind me, so I pulled up and checked my bags. No hot sauce. When I went inside to get some, the guy asked what I needed, didn't let me finish my request/story about not getting any, turned around, grabbed me 2, and then walked away. So now my husband and I have to share 2 small hot sauce packets for our whole meals. Super frustrating experience. UPDATE: When I got home with the food, literally every single item was wrong. I ordered three bean and cheese burritos and we got CHEESE BURRITOS, no beans! What the hell? And then I ordered two tots, extra crispy. She asked, "Tots, extra cheese?" when I had ordered them. I said, "No, no cheese!" And she said okay. It was all disgusting. I did call the manager and they're supposed to refund the money (they offered to remake the food but I was so frustrated at that point.) We're about to go in there to get that refund. SECOND UPDATE: We had to argue until we were blue in the face to get a refund, because we didn't have an itemized receipt, we just had the receipt THEY GAVE ME that only had a total. They said they can't do a refund without an itemized receipt. I told them over and over that this is the only receipt they gave me. I know that because I looked for an itemized one because they had charged me about $10 more than what I had expected. My husband asked if they could just look it up (after a couple minutes of arguing) and he pulled up our receipt within a minute. We did finally get a refund. We will never go back.

Poor service. Not only did they forget to give me some of my food but they refused to add olives to my burrito then tried saying it was because of covid then when i actually ate my food they didnt add my sour cream i requested and charged me for it and didnt add beans as well and charged for it when i tried calling to get it fixed they refused poor poor service. . Never again will i go into yellowstone fiesta ole. Not only that they were rude and argumentative. I highly do not recommend going there. Oh i almost forgot i was told my order was not wrong and i was wrong.

I go to lunch at the location at 1856 N Yellowstone Hwy in Idaho Falls quite often. Usually it's uneventful, but today a little gal named Brooklin (name on receipt) took my order. She was unusually polite and helpful for a Fiesta Ole employee. I just wanted to compliment you on a well trained employee. The loud, hollering "manager" in the back could use a little more training. :(

We asked for a complimentary cup of water for my brother, 63. They said they wouldn't do that. (He had spent $14.00 on 3 items.) I called the next day and a young lady said they do, but the day before we asked a few times to 2 people who answered it was a "no". Most food chains would not hesitate to do so.Thank you. We might go back. But why 85 cents for a water, anyways? Let's bring that down some. They were just doing their job.Good clean kids with a smile. ☺Have a good day.Darlene Tew ☺
