Always have attentive staff and and interesting array of goods not always available elsewhere. Vegetarian options could be more exciting.

A friend of mine has always raved about the Booths' chain of supermarkets so, while visiting Ilkley, I popped in to see for myself. Now I know why she loves this store. It's attractive, welcoming, well stocked with a wide range of edible products and the best Fish, Meat and cheese counters of any supermarket. With lovely friendly staff it was the first time I can honestly say I really enjoyed visiting a supermarket. Thank you Booths.

Decent parking, including disabled, the cafe has good choices and quality of produce. All the staff seem friendly and motivated, clearly this is a well managed store.

Top quality veg available. Plenty of fresh bread available even on a late Saturday afternoon.

A UK supermarket is a supermarket is a supermarket, right?
Well my recent experience with Booths supermarkets, at least their Ilkley branch, is that they aren't all the same. Yes there are similar ranges of product at most, but Booths buyers seem to either be working harder or smarter than our local alternatives. Most impressive were the staff - cheerful, knowledgeable, helpful and happy.
Unfortunately Booths outlets don't feature in the North East, and Ilkley's too far even for a big-shop, so for now we'll have to put up with the same old product and staff attitudes until Booths venture East.

Great sbop, easy to find what I wanted and the pricing was pretty typical of most supermarkets.
Dates were really good, and the fresh food was lovely
