Longhorn Steakhouse

This was my first time at this location, our server was Brenda and when we were seated we realized that the table was not big enough for the amount of people that we had. The manager that was at the front got us another table and put them together and we had plenty of room. Brenda was friendly outgoing and very jovial. We were there for a birthday party and she definitely gave us great service. When they presented the birthday girl with her birthday Sunday another one of the managers surprised the rest of us at the table with two humongous slices of chocolate cake and ice cream. He said everyone should get some cake and ice cream at a birthday party. Hands down this place knows how to do customer service and do it right. I was pleasantly surprised and then blown away by how well we were treated. I will tell everyone that I know how fantastic this LongHorn restaurant is. I definitely plan on being back.

You know how large chain restaurants can be. Quality varies from location to location - likely due to how well they're managed. Well we had a really good dining experience at this location last night. We were in the area doing some shopping, marched in for a couple steaks and were not disappointed. Friendly, prompt service. Steaks cooked perfectly. You know sometimes you get a salad that isn't so fresh? Not here. I'd have to say the same quality as Hereford House ( my gold standard ) for less than half the price. Didn't meet the manager but whoever it is has a good crew here.

It was my birthday and only come to this place because it makes the best lamb. But on today I had a free appetizer that was so salty. Salad was undesirable and then my lamb was under cooked. Which was my fault the first time not saying well done. Well brought it back a second time and still red in the middle. So the waitress who was helpful. Took it back again but then came to asked if I want another one cook well done. At this point I was annoyed said yes but 2go. 3 times was the charm but to late...

To start our waitress was amazing! She had several tables and a very large part but still did a wonderful job. As for the food it was not very good. This was the second Longhorn that I have dined at where our food was not prepared as it was ordered. The steaks were so raw that the meat was purple. Medium rare had a warm pink center not a cold bloody one. Needless to say I will never eat at another Longhorn and would recommend any other steakhouse other than this.
