Jack's Donuts

I love these donuts, I’d put them at the top of most places I’ve tried. Only reason I give this 4 stars is because I spend more time driving up here to find out the store is closed or they’re sold out. It’s 8:45 right now on a Monday, was hoping to get my child a donut before school but once again closed while online says they’re opened. Frustrating but I hope it gets better because the donuts are delicious!

Some of the best donuts I’ve had. I’m visiting Kansas City area from Canada and I saw this little donut shop on my way to the grocery store. Not only are the donuts delicious, but who I assume was the owner of the store was very personable and kind. The best part about these donuts in my opinion is that they have a crunchy outside. I haven’t had donuts so crunchy and crispy with such a soft and fluffy inside. I recommend the original glazed, the strawberry cake donut or the Apple fritter. The donut holes are also very good.

At 820am on a Sunday morning you have to have donuts already cooked. I waited 8mins with someone ahead of me and 5 people behind me and STILL didn't get donuts. This was my first and last try. Donut shops are notorious for having plenty as long as you arrive early...and this store is supposed to be open until 2pm on a Sunday. Take your business elsewhere. Store didn't appear clean either with a coffee pot that was clearly old out and dirty floors. Thinking I am lucky maybe that I didn't get to eat there.
