We had a lot of fun with our family walking around and visiting the different stores we were there for hours. Nice sales, plenty seating for me to rest my feet and nurse my newborn. The kids loved being on the different rides some of them was broken and ate my quarters $2 worth. The play area is nice too but not much for littler ones that wasn't roped off The bubble teas was great especially the milk teas. The restrooms were nice and clean.

Don’t come here if you wanted to have fun with your kids. Only about three of the arcade games work in the food court. The rock climbing and rope course is also closed and from what I was told, it has been closed for some time now. You are better off going across the street to the Main Event Center or somewhere else.

I like Independence Mall. I've been going since I was a child. Now I'm taking my children. They have improved it over the years and it's even more fun especially the game court for the children. We also enjoy the food court variety foods to choose from. The bathrooms are always clean that's a must plus. A great place to spend time with family.

This mall has deteriorated so much over the years. Used to be the hangout place when I was in high school. Seems like they just don't care about keeping up with it anymore. The last few times I've gone shopping here everything was dirty. The last time I was there, there was what looked to be like either dog or possibly human fecal matter right by the entrance that was just left there for who knows how long. The cafeteria area isn't much cleaner. And it seems to be a popular place for fights/crime. Not too long ago my sister and I saw a group of women get into a fist fight and knocked a child in a stroller over and almost fell on the poor baby during the fight. And I've seen videos of a bunch of guys being crazy and fighting people until the cops finally came. Really just not a safe place anymore. It's really pretty sad.
