Jimmy John's

I was hosting a seminar and needed some boxed lunched very quickly! I called the manager and he sprung into action making sure that we were taken care of. He went above and beyond, and did more than I reasonably could have asked. Jimmy Johns is great, but this location exceeded what I've ever seen. Their subs truly were so fast I freaked!

My roommate and I have had multiple negative experiences from this jimmy Johns location. Our most recent experience was that we ordered 2 Vito sandwiches for delivery. Upon arrival we realized neither one of our sandwiches had any meat on them. We called to see if we could get 2 more sandwiches delivered. They insisted we give them the old sandwiches as proof in order to get 2 new sandwiches which was fine. However, they did not apologize, they were rude and did not offer us anything extra in return. We will not be back.

Tried ordering 21 sandwiches for the visiting Quad City Mallard Hockey team before 9 pm on New Years Eve. The employee I spoke with said they didn't have enough bread to accommodate an order that size and hung up on me. I called back twice more, each time he got more rude. Guess we'll find another sandwich shop to feed visiting teams since this Jimmy Johns doesn't want the business. Wonder what the franchise owner is going to think? They will be getting a call to complain. I also know a guy who owns 2 franchises and how strict the Corporate Management is. I bet they won't be pleased either.

Made a call at 1805 today, got this for a greeting: "JimmyJohnssorencosed." *Click* Whoever it was hung up before I could even ask them what they said. Went back to Google Maps for the number, and saw that Easter might affect their hours, so it clicked that he probably said, "Jimmy Johns, sorry we're closed." I like Jimmy Johns, they have great sandwiches, and usually pretty nice staff. I used to work fast food as a teenager, I've tended bar, I work security, and I can tell you that in any profession I've been in, running my mouth at top speed so I can hang up as fast as possible is not considered professional, or even friendly. Disappointed.

Just took me 45 minutes to retrieve my unwich which was made incorrectly as a sandwich the first time. I got home and had to go get the correct one. Their online ordering system will not take my bank card and they are 4.3 miles from my house so they won't deliver to me either. I received very poor customer service tonight from 3 late teens/early twenties aged boys. I'm very disappointed.
