Wendy's

Always get your phone out and record when going here. The will take your money and refuse to give you your change. And if you complain they won't give you your food either. And that's the manager doing that. He must make hella money robbing Wendy's drive through customers. I'll put up a picture of how terrible the food was that I got today. I ordered a wagyu burger but got this instead. As you can clearly the cheese is expired and hard like it was left unwrapped in someone's fridge.

First time in Kansas City Missouri and was very displeased. Was charged twice. Spent 5 extra minutes at drive through to fix it. Fries were not Hot N Crispy they were Rubbery N Limp. The Dave's double was very dry like the hamburger had been cooked in advance and no sauce at all. Veggies on hamburger were not fresh. The diet coke was nasty and had no syrup. So yeah bottom line poorly ran Wendy's. I just know that was the worst Wendy's I have ever had

This has to be the worst Wendy's in town. Constantly running out of stuff from their menu. Horrible customer service. The management will not handle complaints without throwing verbal assaults at customers. I witnessed this first hand. They even locked me in the store while verbally assaulting someone who in no way provoked the behavior they deserved. I tried leaving and couldn't because management was in my way with door locked. I've never witnessed such disrespect for human life from what is supposed to be a leader on the job. I'll never go back.

I just left this store. I left my card in drive thru yesterday. Very nice lady at the counter got that manager. After making 1% effort to locate my card or offer to get a hold of the person in window yesterday he proceeds to tell me to cancel my card I shouldn't of left it. He is right but what happened to helping out the customer after I felt his response was inferior and useless he followed me outside shouting obscenities telling me the Broncos and KU suck. I'm wearing a ku shorts with a broncos Tshirt. He also left me with his wishes that my card is taken and someone steals all my money. WOW it was so bad an elderly gentleman was waiting to get food and left in disgust at this guy's actions. It's a short drive to the next Wendy's I'd suggest an extra song while you drive there instead of this place

EDIT - 3/7 gave another chance today. food was old and cold. i start eating when i get the order, food was GROSS. sick of this. will be doing the survey. my food is wrong every single time i come here. last time i ordered a homestyle, got a spicy chicken. cant get a refund on it, no receipt was provided at the window. avoid this wendys like the plague

Don't go here. Staff is unorganized and incompetent. There was no toilet tissue in the Ladies room, and I didn't realize that until AFTER I used the toilet and went to reach for tissue. When I explained the situation to the manager, all he said was that I should have made sure that there was tissue in the restroom before I used it. Never going back to this sewer.
