Pizza Hut

They have put me and my family (immune compromised and at-risk) in jeopardy by delivering our food UNMASKED and with contact, even after I requested contactless delivery. Jasmine the manager tonight was totally unphased and offered no solution and an empty apology only after I commented that not even an apology was forthcoming. There was not even a concern about correcting the behavior, only allusion to doubt about the validity of my experience. I wouldn't order from them unless you want to be exposed to someone that could have covid-19.

I get consistently wonderful service from this location. Even when there has been issues, they've been more than happy to fix it. I have 3 locations closer to me, but go the extra distance just to go here. The manager Justin runs a top tier crew, and I appreciate their dedication to good service and quality food.

The deliveries are always a good experience, the drivers are friendly and they always get a gracious tip. However my order is almost always messed up. From missing marinara, to not receiving what I actually ordered. Most times the food isnt even warm, which baffles me as I am 5 minutes from my local store.

I have usually had good luck with Pizza Hut, until today. When I went into the store to order pizzas, every person working inside had their masks on, but it wasn't covering their nose. While waiting, a delivery driver entered the store without a mask, and did not put one on while talking to another employee. It really just grossed me out and after thoughtful consideration, I took my business to the new Dominos in Susquehanna, which is very clean and someone is waiting to help you right away, with properly worn PPE.
