Metro Diner

Pleasant atmosphere. The server Kandace was fantastic. I didn't even think of a coffee to go until she suggested it. Food was delicious, filling, and at a more than fair price for the amount given. Scrambled eggs with cheese and cinnamon roll pancakes are strongly encouraged by me if you have room for two plates or decide to take a to-go box.

We moved away and don't have a Metro Diner near us anymore. We couldn't help but stop there being in the neighborhood. I just had massive amounts of fasting blood work and was taking the day off of responsibilities. It was SO SO GOOD and like being welcomed "home". Santa greeting us was a nice touch! We ordered breakfast to eat there and dinner to take home. Exceptional food, value, and excellent service. We love them and miss them. Please OPEN one in Whitestown?! Pretty please?! I received fast service. The food was cooked as I asked and served promptly. My waitress, Kandace, was a vision of happiness with her terrific smile, kept my teapot full, attentive to her duties as a waitress. The restaurant was clean. Including the bathroom. Seasonal welcoming committee in the entrance too!

I wanted to give this place 5 star because the shrimp and grits is amazing 👏 😋, but what got a star taken away was the country potatoes was cold when it came to the table and when I brought it up to the person who brought it up she took it back and the waitress who we had brought it back to the table hot but over cooked a little bit too much and it look and taste as if they refried those potatoes just to heat them back up which turn us off, other than that service was good but them Shrimp and grits my hat goes off to you, whomever came up with this you're awesome and very talented. Thank you because now I'm hooked!

We were craving breakfast for dinner and stumbled across this diner. We're happy we did because this was exactly what we were looking for! They serve breakfast all day, and have all of the classic options. I got the Bissell breakfast which includes pancakes, eggs, meat, hash browns and bread. Everything was tasty, and I especially liked the hash browns which had a unique and flavorful seasoning to them. Our waitress was very friendly and we received our food quickly. They are also very kid friendly as well!

First time visitor at this delicious restaurant. Wow the reviews are true! Service is great! Our server greeted us with a smile and showed us our table, then made suggestions when we told her it was our first time having breakfast there. I ordered chicken wings with waffles and classic egg benedict. Their hot chocolate was tasty and delicious. We truly enjoyed our meal here and I would certainly come back for breakfast!!
