Ruth's Chris Steak House

Went in for an event between lunch and dinner. The drinks were great and everyone enjoyed their time but the waiter wasn't very attentive. Took forever to order drinks, and we ended up going to the bar instead to order. He started ordering appetizers and left halfway through the table. It didn't seem super busy so I was suprised he struggled to keep up with our table.

This is a beautiful restaurant with a large entertainment area upstairs for handling group events. The food is good here but the steak is not the best in town and the menu is limited if you are looking for options other than steak. Overall you would choose this restaurant for the location, the excellent atmosphere, and the ability to handle large groups.

As near to perfect as what you can expect. We had a great experience "Landon" was a wonderful server who made sure we were well taken care of. Since the special of the night "Chilien Fish" was not from "Chile" we opted for the NY steak strip (inside joke for Landon lol). The sweet potato casserole stole the dinner show! It was absolutely the best ever! We would come back for this plate alone!!! The specialty drinks were spectacular, and the prices were great! Overall, this was a perfect experience and will make us want to return again soon. Happy we chose this location because the one downtown Indy has a manager who is a smuck and I would never recommend my friend, family or anyone reading this ever go there. This location is FABULOUS, and this is the place we will recommend and return to often. Very deserving of a 5 out of 5-star rating. Looking forward to coming back very soon! I went here to celebrate an Anniversary! It was such a nice and quiet atmosphere and the staff were so attentive and friendly. I had many people wish us happy anniversary and they made sure that we were taken care of. Shout out to Krista, our server, for being so helpful and kind. I had an 8oz filet cooked medium and it was perfect! It was the best steak I have ever had. It melted as I took a bite, delicious! Be aware that the sides they have are huge! She had told us that they were shareable but I didn’t expect fries to come out on a plate that was the same size as the one my meal was on! They were crispy and yummy nonetheless! The shrimp with the steak was good too!

Attended the Orin Wine Dinner and it was definitely an experience. The duck was probably the take away from the meal as it had multiple guest talking from its presentation to the taste. Having the experience of 5 courses paired with wines to accompany each meal was breathtaking. Each glass of wine was something to remember and the courses were next level even down to the dessert.
