The Garden Table

Garden Table is my go-to spot for brunch without the egg struggle – a real lifesaver for someone like me with egg allergies. The chilaquiles and mushroom sandwich are my ride-or-die favorites, seriously chef's kiss! Dining in is always a delight, with pleasant experiences every time. However, ordering to go has had its awkward moments, primarily due to the absence of a readily available hostess. Despite making eye contact with other employees, there’s been more than one occasion where we found ourselves waiting or had to grab our own items. Improving this aspect of the customer experience could elevate the overall service. Critiques aside, the food is consistently amazing, and the espresso is a delightful bonus. As a huge fan and repeat customer, Garden Table remains a top choice for its delectable offerings and cozy atmosphere.

My friend and I came in for a weekday brunch. The inside of the restaurant is so cute and welcoming. The server was super friendly and helpful and had an all around great vibe. We started out with 2 of the Garden gate juices, which were buy one get one free that day. The juice packed a powerful punch of flavor! I then transitioned over to the daysleeper latte. It was wonderful. I got the smoked salmon hash and my friend got the veggie quiche with a side of potatoes and cinnamon sugar bites. The quiche and cinnamon bites were amazing! The hash was very flavorful and filling. It was a good bang for your buck with a very hefty portion. I will say it sent my favorite thing. I enjoyed the quiche more than the hash, but I think I just wasn't in the mood for what I got. I would definitely recommend!

Dine in tables, at the bar, or al fresco. Good use of natural light from the front windows brighten up the place. Crafty cocktails, wine, beer, juices, or coffee. Exquisite and satisfying dishes for breakfast, lunch/brunch, and dinner. Had the breakfast burger; simply delicious and fulfilling beef patty on brioche bread with a sunny fried egg, melted queso, and sriracha hollandaise. I ate it by cutting the burger in half, let the egg yolk run and just dig in and enjoy. The french fries golden and crispy with a subtle after taste of fried sweet corn. A pleasant surprise and perfect to drench them with the running golden lava of queso and yolks. The smoked pork belly benedicts will also satisfy your senses and appetite. Finished with a sweet trat of blueberry cakes with warm syrup. An excellent and tasteful experience at the Garden Table; a chic and hipster restaurant right in the midst of Indianapolis downtown.
