Izakaya Japanese Bar & Grill

I have absolutely no complaints except I ate too much and don't feel like driving home. Lol Clear Soup is Chef's Kiss...so much flavor in such a small bowl. Tuna Sashimi was delicious (wish they had a spicy dipping sauce). Rock Shrimp was a great appetizer. That sauce had a hint of sweetness that was delectable. Ask for Joe. He seasons the hell outta your hibachi meal. My Strip Steak was medium and juicy. Customer Service was great and prices are reasonable. I will definitely be back!

I recently had dinner for two at this restaurant and overall had a positive experience. The steak (medium) and chicken dishes were great, receiving a 5 out of 5 rating. I must preface my review by mentioning that I rarely eat seafood, but I decided to give it a try at this restaurant. The shrimp, scallops, and lobster dishes were decent, but they didn't quite match the steak and chicken options. I would rate them between 3 and 4 out of 5. It is possible that my lack of familiarity with seafood influenced my opinion, so consider that. The ambiance of the restaurant was similar to other hibachi locations and the service was attentive and friendly. Overall, I would return to this restaurant for their steak and chicken dishes. While the seafood didn't quite meet my expectations, I believe it's worth trying if you have a fondness for seafood.

Ladies night out, celebrating a friend's birthday! Great food, excellent service. Our birthday girl even got the birthday song. One of the ladies only wanted veggies, they gracefully accommodated. Another one of the ladies wanted shrimp fried rice and they made it special to order for her. Our hibachi chef was hilarious. It was a great overall experience dining at Izakaya! We had a party of 9 and the seating accommodated us comfortably. Highly recommended.
