OMG Thunder is an absolute revelation that I've regrettably overlooked in Rockford for far too long. I can't believe I've missed out on this culinary gem until now. The moment I tried the bison meatballs, I knew I had stumbled upon something extraordinary. The sauce that accompanied them was an explosion of flavors that left me wishing there were more than just three meatballs, despite their generous size. Moving on to the Chicken Bacon Brussels Sprouts Fettuccine Alfredo, I was treated to a mouthwatering symphony of flavors. The combination was divine, and each bite was a delightful journey of rich, creamy Alfredo perfectly complemented by the savory chicken and bacon. My husband opted for the Prime Rib Sandwiches, and though I only had a taste due it was undeniably delicious. He jokingly commented that the fries were "just fries," but hey, sometimes simplicity is key, right? The overall experience was fantastic, and I'm already planning my return visit.Thunder Bay has now firmly secured a spot on my list of go-to dining spots, and I can't wait to explore more of their tantalizing menu offerings.

This is at least our seventh year of returning to Thunder Bay Grille for dinner and once again it did not disappoint. The drinks were perfectly crafted. Service superb. The food as amazing as ever. The handmade chips are addicting, the crab cakes always perfectly crispy, the French onion soup as savory as ever. But this years big winner was the Andes mint cheesecake. Thick, creamy and with a hint of sour cream. We ate it all and look forward to our next meal!

Me and my dad got the buffalo meatballs as an appetizer with the beef wellington for dinner. Always has been my dream to try one out and they made it a very good experience! I don't even like white sauce but they changed my mind, best beef wellington I'll ever have (plus the mashed potatoes were awesome) 10/10! ⚠️Beware though that if you are there to get the beef wellington it's only avaliable on Friday and Saturday!!⚠️

Oh my God, the salmon fettuccine is melt in your mouth good, the best I've ever had. I am going to prepare this dish at home, I love me some salmon and pasta, I dare you to try it 's on and popping baby ,don't get hook now, nevertheless their ribs needs to be moved up a peg or three staring with their sauce, texture, and taste...

First time here and not disappointed. The atmosphere is rustic and inviting. The bread they serve is soft and cheesy. We got seconds. I had the bison meatloaf, which was good. I especially liked the mashed potatoes. You know a restaurant is good if they do potatoes right. My wife had the bison burger which was also good. Definitely going back one day.
