FABULOUS!!! ive ate at this steak n shake location specifically since i was a kid - today i decided to treat myself for lunch and it was SO so worth it. my order wasnt even $15, and thats including the $5 tip i left for the staff- next time i come back ill tip even better! (its very easy, the computer will give you percentages automatically. TIP YOUR STAFF!!!) my order was ready quickly and of course tasted delicious. the staff were amazing, theyre always insanely fast and just as kind. they handle their lunch/dinner rushes with incredible professionalism and efficiency - seriously, leave them a GOOD good tip, yall! drive-thru orders are always pleasant, just like dining in.
also... the inside is BRAND new. its gorgeous! the ordering process is definitely a change, but its very intuitive and the staff are happy to help if youre confused.
THANKS STEAK N SHAKE STAFF!!! cannot understate how great my experience was :) absolutely recommend for a nice affordable bite to eat!!

Haven’t been able to get Steak n Shake in years due to the one near us closing. We were craving it and weren’t disappointed. The food was great, and the staff was very friendly. Several employees checked in on us multiple times and were very friendly and professional. We will definitely be stopping in the next time we’re in town!

This place has really turned around service and restaurant looked good. But my chili 5 way barely had any noodles in it and asked for extra chilli beef and sauce and wasn't in it also the Frisco bread was soggy but in all tasted great. Would come back as they were busy and I can understand

We arrived at 10pm for the $4.44 double steakburger combo. The burgers were so fresh and delicious, and we were able to customize each burger with tomato, lettuce, etc. We also upgraded to cheese fries, which was super delicious. Couldn’t have capped off our night any better. This place gets 5 stars from my whole family of 5.

Inexpensive, and "steakburgers" are pretty good imo. Needing to insert any cash (💵) payment into an electronic kiosk ordering machine seems more than a little weird to me. Staff was nice, despite needing to order and pay via a computer-machine. Attractive and clean dining area.
Probably not "the best" fast food style restaurant imo; but maybe a top candidate choice for a quick, inexpensive change of pace.

I just wanted to give a special shout out to the person who took my order, Brandy. She was so nice and friendly, had everything out really quick, everything was fresh. Overall I was just really impressed especially with Brandy and so I wanted to say something. Hope she gets some recognition for it
