Einstein Bros. Bagels

I live in Winchester and we don't have an Einsteins out here 🥺 but anytime I head into Indy this is the only store I'll go to. Employees are always super friendly and nice! I use to work for Einsteins as a manager for 7 years till I moved out here and it's nice to come into another store and be greeted immediately. I will always love the atmosphere and food here!! Great job guys/gals!!

My first time going to Einstein Bros took the avocado bacon and egg was certainly very delicious on a toasted bagel I was going to have coffee as well but didn’t. Certainly a very interesting and tasty breakfast bagel at the moment you can’t sit inside but outside dining is available. Would I go back absolutely the way it was made was great.

Love the food, coffee and atmosphere but rating as 4 stars rather than 5 because I went there to work on my laptop and ended up having to leave because the wifi was so poor that I couldn't connect to my company's servers. Ended up going down the street to Starbucks and had no issues. Wish I had done a speed test while I was there to provide a more concrete review but just now thought about it :-/. Again love the food, just had to leave to seek better wifi.

Friendly staff, quality prepared food selections, and seemingly comfortable atmosphere were all positives. Popular establishment as the line remained constant during our visit. Bacon egg everything bagel, 2x hash browns were delicious as was the Turkey on asiago bagel. Worth checking out for the choices

Granted take my review as you like. I do have a background of working at Einsteins and food service in general and I fully understand being short staffed. Today this location was definitely short staffed. The wait time both to order and for the food to come out was long. However with the understanding of them being short I truly appreciate the costumer service given by Morgan who was working the line. She was acknowledging new customers walking in along with apologizing for the wait. On top of that she was working the line and making the food(all of which was delicious). She did have the help of Connie(?) I believe that is her name, she was equally as friendly and communicative with customers. I would give this location a 5 star. But as I want to portray an accurate review I will give it a 4 star only for the wait. Though in my opinion the wait was understandable and worth it.
