It's one of the best pasta places I've eaten around the area
Staff is superb friendly and helpful. Chicken Alfredo, 2 bread sticks and a slice of pizza.
Restaurants, inside and out, are very clean. The staff really cares for this place.

I pulled up to this location tonight on my Christmas Motorcycle in my Full “Jolly Grinch” outfit. The staff was SUPER friendly and having a ball with my setup. Employee after employee came to take my picture and check out the Jolly Grinch. They made my night but said I made there’s and comped my meal! It was such a blessing and a great experience.
The Pizza Baked Pasta was amazing as always! This crew at the W 10th Street Fazolis rocked it tonight.

I went to the drive through today not knowing what I wanted. I sat there for a long moment thinking. The woman was so pleasant and patient when I asked her questions about the boneless wings! They turned out to be so good! She even let me get the wings naked so I could try a couple of sauces on the side. Overall great experience and will be returning :)

I just want to say I truly appreciate the work the staff offered us at this restaurant. Only two workers that day and the front cashier was juggling front cashier, drive through and service at the same time, WHILE keeping a great attitude. It was contagious! So thank you! I hope Fazolis values and rewards him for his great work ethic.

Decent food for $7.50 if you get the combo... I chose a slice of pizza 🍕 and a serving of spaghetti with the meat sauce... It came with 4 bread sticks. When I asked for a couple more, they gave me 4 more... Which I enjoyed. This also came with a drink.

Clean restaurant and good service, promptly brought our food out. Only negative was they never came around to offer more breadsticks. Also a little expensive for 2 people, $30!

Dine in this location was staffed by a group of new high school kids who were learning the processes. I admired their teamwork and their desire to do a good job. The food arrived quickly and the service was great.

Where to begin! My wife is from Indy and coming from California we have many great Italian places to eat. I have to say this is some of THE BEST Italian food I've had, especially for it being fast Italian food which I've never tried. The bakes I got (spicy ziti w/Italian sausage & spaghetti/tortellini bake) were as if we got it at the restaurant in the porcelain bowls! The bread sticks were so buttery, but not overloaded, and were SO GOOD! I got cheesecake for dessert which was for sure from the cheesecake factory as advertised cause that piece of cake was so moist and thick and the strawberries to top it off for great! I wish we had this place out in CA, but I guess I'll just have to come back to Indy LOL
