Tokyo Buffet

I usually eat here about once a month. I love Chinese food and this place is a good buffet to go in and pig out. They don't have any shrimp on the lunch buffet and the calamari has some kind of spice on them that makes them simply too hot to eat. They have way too many chicken dishes on the line but you know that is you are coming back to eat there.

Price is good. Food is usually hot however sometimes it is not as with most buffets. Employees are very friendly and check on you from time to time. I have never had to wait. Its one of the best I have been to. There food is delicious and they do have a beautiful sushi bar. They have something for kids.

The buffet was very good. There were plenty of options for anyone to have. They also had sushi which was also very good. They had a salad bar but it was lacking, it was little more than just lettuce, cheese, and dressing. They had a good selection of desserts including scoop ice cream in 4 flavors. If you are looking for a good Chinese buffet this is a good place to go.

Our family recently moved to Greenwood from Indianapolis. We were close to the Plainfield Avon area and all of the buffets that we had called where we used to live we're all very rude. You had to flag them down to make sure that they refilled your drinks and they almost looked at you like they were wondering when you would leave. They were all very snappy on the phone. I usually crave Chinese food, but because of past experiences I haven't tried it in a while. So I thought I would give it a shot since we are in a different area. The lady on the phone was extremely polite and friendly and gave me all the information I needed. When we went in, she greeted us and give us the table we wanted and I kid you not, I would go up to get another plate and I would come back to our drinks refilled and all of the dirty plates cleared. They were very fast and courteous. The sushi there obviously is not going to be fancy sushi. Lunch is $7.49 a person so you can't expect very expensive sushi. However the sushi they had was very good quality and made fresh right in front of you. They were constantly putting out fresh food on the buffet and it all tasted very good. Nothing was too greasy like at other buffets. The place was also very clean. I didn't need to use the restroom so I can't say much on that, but I assume it was clean as well. Another fun thing. We have three kids. My youngest is 2 years old and likes to get up a lot. He dropped his spoon and instead of being annoyed, one of the ladies that work there that was putting utensils together at another table very calmly and politely offered him another spoon. I have honestly never been to buffet where the staff were actually nice. If you want some good cheap Chinese food and would also like really good service, I highly recommend this place.

One of the better buffets sushi was FRESH.. every single one that I tried, was amazing. We came around 8-ish and the food was still good! There is tons of flavor! I give it a thumbs up. 👍🏼 Although, it was hard to find parking and our table was a little sticky from maybe the cleaner? Other than that I didn’t spot a booger on the wall yet 😸
