Eva's Pancake House

I just found a new go-to breakfast place that is within walking distance of my place. Clean, friendly, prompt and good quality food. What else could you ask for. I'm a foodie that pretty much demands these qualities or there isn't a chance that I'll return. I'll be going back to Eva's. Thank you!

The atmosphere and service was excellent! The fish and chips -- just a bit of a letdown though. Usually I would expect thick pieces of cod or haddock when ordering this dish, but it was just tilapia which is a little flat and tastless. Small portion as well, but I would definately come back to this place.

First of let me start by saying that my wife is the pickiest eater I've ever known in my 48 years. She hates it when her scrambled eggs are not scrambled or overloaded with cheese or hash browns without a trace of browning. With that said. The meal from Eva's was exceptional! Eggs perfectly scrambled. Hash browns browned to perfection! And get this: they actually read the special request and followed them to the T!! Eva's just became my go to breakfast spot. For every 30 restaurants we eat at, my wife may want to possibly try one of them a second time. So, this is saying a lot!
