Most mornings about 8AM no wait, restaurant clean, good menu selection. Friendly service, food arrived timely and hot, delicious and very fluffy pancakes. Will return.

House Skillet was very good. Everything diced small enough to give you all the flavors in every bite. Service was pleasant. Atmosphere was basic diner style.

We found this place by accident during our girl's weekend and I am SOOO glad we did. The food was great and the service was BETTER. We visited on a Sunday for brunch. I got eggs benedict, my mother-in-law got the breakfast plate, and our friend got the stuffed French toast. The portions were large and the prices were beyond reasonable. Highly recommend and I can't wait to visit INDY again so I can go back.

This is an excellent breakfast spot. The dining room is simple and nothing to write home about but everything we tried from the extensive breakfast menu was terrific. If you need eggs, bacon, or toast and any other breakfast combination, make the trip.

The pancakes were amazingly fluffy and very tasty. Cheesy grits were good, though they put a good pat of butter in them, so you might want to take that out if you're not into heart attacks. The eggs were good, too.
The service was very friendly and kept your coffee filled too! Oh, and their coffee was really good. It's very much like a diner atmosphere in a restaurant building... if that makes sense?? Lol!
Good experience overall, and I'm sure to be back.
