Pizza Hut

Ordered a pizza the precious evening only to wait an hour for a text saying it was on the way…. Pizza never came . Next day call the store 12 times to never reach anyone until pushing 1 for new delivery to speak to someone not at location only to be transferred , finally after reaching someone was given the option to have my delivery sent out again this evening so I decided what the hey why not …..2 hours later still no pizza ,12 phone calls later only to find out the pizza is at the store but no delivery drivers . For shame Pizza Hut for shame . I wish there was an option for 0 stars . Save your time and money do not order pizza from here order dominoes they always deliver .

The customer service is absolutely terrible! I called because my account was charged 2 times and trying to figure it out. I was told to call back after 8 to speak to the manager. I explained to the person on the phone I still wanted my order. After I finally figured it out and got home I was very disappointed in the food. On one of the pizzas there was no cheese at all. On the other several slices were crust only. As far as the taste it was lacking compared to other locations. I would highly recommend ordering from another location.

Ordered online. I seen the delivery driver at the wrong house and tried to stop them. Nope they drove off and no food period. Tried to call the store nope... finally got into contact with someone overseas anyway charges to my bank account with nothing in return. We had not ordered pizza hut in years. Won't order from them for many years to come!! Stick to the local pizza places everyone!

Went in for online pickup. The guy who greeted me looked in bag and said “you have uhh…breadsticks and…” I said yeah and he pushed it to me. I got to the door and someone else said “woah wait come back. Is it doordash? What is the name?” I told her and the guy said “she already paid.” The lady said “well if you paid then go.” and waved her hand at me in a go away manner. I said “Thank you” with no response.

I placed my order through the app at 4:28pm. I received a text at 5:45pm stating my order was out for deliver. I received another text at 6:05pm from doordash stating they were delivering my order. My order arrived at 6:40. My home is less than 10 minutes from the store. The driver arrives with the pizza boxes on the lap of the passenger, not in a carrying bag of any sorts… needless to say the pizza was cold and clearly over cooked. I’m sure it sat in the warmer from 5:45pm until the dasher picked it up (guessing at 6:30). Being aggravated by the situation (not the first, I’ve let other occasions slide) I decided to call the store. No surprise the phone was not answered. I was eventually transferred to a general order taker who does not work in this store. When she answered I asked to speak to a manager, she also tried to connect me to the store and again they failed to answer the phone. I asked for the corporate number. Called said number and through the automated system was directed to the website to submit my complain. I understand staffing shortages which is why I have let it go in the past. I’m sure every time I see the commercial “NO ONE OUT PIZZAS THE HUT” I’ll have a good laugh as the pizza in the frozen food section at the grocery is more appetizing than this garbage, at least the cheese is hot and melted. I’m sure they wouldn’t feed their family this garbage either! Rant over…

Ordered delivery. Must have been very busy day since it took an hour for delivery when the store is 2 min away from my hotel. Driver was poorly dressed wearing sweat pants!! Forgot my pepsi I ordered but I didnt bother saying anything b/c I didnt want to wait another hour for my soda. The cookie wasn’t cut into slices; and the pizza was falling apart in the box. Not the greatest experience

My entire order was wrong. Ordered two pepperoni pizzas for my family. Got home with 1 supreme pizza and 1 pizza with both pepperoni and sausage. My family would not eat the pizzas. When I called to discuss with Pizza Hut manager I was told I had to return the pizzas back to the store for a refund. I had to be at work and could not return them prior to leaving for my job so I wasted 40 dollars with no recourse for the error. I am very unhappy and very unsatisfied and will tell everyone I know not to visit this Pizza Hut.
