Worst wendys ever nuggets were supposed to be well done not only were they not well done but they weren't fully cooked the breading was falling off and soft. Tried to get em fixed but waited for ten minutes. At the window nobody ever came back to the window. I advise not eating at this wendys

I ordered pickup at this wendys. When I git there I waited about 20 to 25 minutes. Several other customers were served before me. The food was bad my kids chicken nuggets weren't hot and rubbery. The fries were old. My husband ordered a sour cream and chive potato. The potato had no butter or sour cream. Just a big pile of chives. Overall not a good experience.

Yes, we understand that there is a pandemic going on and that there is a labor shortage, but if you decide to make a specific customer order, pay attention to details.

Always have issues with this place closing earlier than the times that are advertised on Google. I just drove here and got to the drive through at 9:50 pm and it seemed like all the lights were out already.
The food is usually great but lack of reliability really makes me want to give it a lower score.

I honestly wouldn't know the quality of the food here because of the poor service. On 03/10/22 at around 7:30pm, after waiting 10 minutes in the drive thru I finally got to the mic to order. I sat there for 5 minutes without a word from an employee and the screen was blank so I figured it wasn't working. So I drove up to the window to make my order. When I started to tell him what I wanted, he told me I couldn't take my order at the window. I told him how long I waited and he said "I literally told everybody to hold on" I guess I wasn't included in "everybody". I couldn't even go in to order because the doors were locked. No big deal, I'll never attempt to patronize this business again.

Slow service, forgot half my order, all the doors were locked so I had to sit and wait through the drive thru again to get what was missed. When I got it it was definitely made but they just forgot to hand it to me. So by the time I got it it was old and dry. Only thing that saved this from 1 star were the fries.

Don’t waste your time going to this Wendy’s location at 5699 Georgetown Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46254 Not over exaggerating when I say every time I’ve attempted to go to this location either they’re open with workers inside but not serving food and the doors are always locked for the inside dinning area or they make an excuse “we just served our last customer we’re doing a shift change now” or the order is just completely WRONG. DO NOT WASTE your time and money with this unprofessional location.

This is the worse location ever. It’s been having that title for years. Half the time they’re just sitting in there not taking orders and not letting ppl know that so the line just piles and piles. Someone was even honking at the window to see what’s happening and they never said anything just sitting at the dining tables. It says closes at 10 but even before COVID you might get lucky to get there at 8 before they close or just lie and say they don’t have any ingredients. Just shut it down at this point
