Sat in the drive thru with no answer for 3 minutes… decided to go inside to order, not a big deal. Two employees were working in front and two were in the back not doing anything at all just goofing off. There was one couple in front of me but took over 15 minutes for it to be my turn. Was during the lunch and they only had white bread, and also out of steak. So I ordered chicken teriyaki instead; the sandwich bread is totally stale and the veggies seem a bit wilted. Do not think I will be back.

I placed an online pick up order and then I received an email saying they got the order and were preparing my sandwich. I also had already paid for it online too. When I arrived to pick up the sandwich, they told me my order was canceled. They couldn't give me any reason except that they were missing an ingredient needed to make the sandwich. I asked why they didn't alert me about the canceled order they had no answer. They then proceeded to tell me that they WOULD NOT be refunding me either. I ended up asking them to at least make me something since they weren't going to refund me at all. They made me a sandwich that was cheaper than the one I had previously ordered, so I still lost money over this that they would not reimburse me for.

Terrible Subway location, unless you enjoy waiting an additional hour for your online order to be completed then this is the location for you! Once I was able to interact with an employee, they stated my order was already completed and picked up but luckily I was dealing with one of the laziest individuals I have encountered. She was not thorough enough to throw my entire receipted order in the trash so it was half exposed from the trash compartment located below the cutting board counter. Once I spotted my payment method at the bottom of the receipt, I informed the spectacular client service rep that I found my order! I directed her to pull my order receipt out of the trash so she could follow the instructions and truly complete the order I paid for ahead of time. She reluctantly pulled the receipt out of the trash and proceeded to make the order as I stated that I will gladly wait for "my replacement order" to be created. I recommend never visiting this location as the customer experience is guaranteed to be less than 1 star consistently.

All the one star reviews are correct. This place is ran by a bunch of degenerates. They pretend they’re closed even though the lights are on and they’re in the back doing god knows what... Sat in the drive thru for about 10 minutes, went to the window to find two guys standing there talking. Finally after staring at them for a few minutes one guy opened the window and reluctantly took my order. Ended up throwing the sandwich away as I was terrified to eat it knowing how they were acting. Rude is an understatement.

We pulled up at 840 and was told to go to the drive thru. So we did and they said they were closing, even though it was 20 mins before close. Then we pull up to the window only to be told that they're out of a bunch of food - shredded cheese, Smashed Avocado, for starters. I'm a Restaurant GM and it seems to me if they were trying to tell us that they're closing early (no boss present) perhaps they had already closed the bar & all ingredients were simply in the cooler & they were too lazy to go undo their closing work. That's unacceptable. Guests come BEFORE closing duties, and you serve guests until closing time. I haven't eaten ALL DAY and at almost 9pm, we're forced to drive farther to find another Subway. I would appreciate a reply, after you speak to your closing team of 3. This happened Monday, 3.21.22 @ 840pm.

Worst place to go to. They make your sandwich horribly with no care. I went today get a subway wraps n for starters they never have anything you really always out of something. I asked for black olives n the guy drenched my sandwich with the olive juice n then he crushed my wrap together n it was very sloppy.
I will never go there again. Worst Subway ever.

The worst subway I have ever been to. They didn't know the ingredients. They had 3 bags of chips and 5 cookies total. Walked out without any food.

They don’t use their drive thru. My fiancé and I have gone multiple times and have to sit in the drive thru with no response even when they are empty. We even tried to say “hello”. The last time my fiancé went he waited and for a response and then had to go in and when he walked in they were behind the counter talking to each other. When you approach them they are always rude. There are multiple other reviews like this one. If your drive thru is down a sign could be helpful. thanks. (:
