Starbucks

the customer service here is 0/5 stars, they always get my order wrong and are extremely rude! the only person offering good service is Aryellé. sometimes, she’s the only reason i come here , she’s always friendly, sweet, and her service always comes with a smile. i can’t wait to see her on my next visit :)

The store opened at 10:30am. We were there at 10:20 along with a few others. The server placed a sign on the window that the time changed to 11am because they were behind. However, they allowed one customer in to serve, the managers reasoning....The customer had been there awhile????? The teenagers that work there thought this was funny. Starbucks, please tell me where any of this was professional and/or good customer service. If the mannager had good business practices she should have told us all the time change before the store actually opened. I voiced my concerns met with more laughter from silly teenage workers who have no clue about good management. I'm not just going to leave my complaint, I plan to go further, because the customer they decided to serve was a White woman and yes, I am a black woman who was told by the store nanager that I had to leave because I used my voice to complain.

Almost everytime I go here the customer service is AWFUL. I look forward to seeing Aryelle when I come because she is the only person who I have interacted with at this location who has shown beyond excellent customer service. However, the rest of the staff need to take some training classes because clearly they are lacking the proper skills to work a job like this.

Girl working the register is no good. I stood in line for about two minuets after the people in front of me ordered. She just stares at people after they have ordered. She did the same thing to me and I had to snap her out of it by asking for my receipt. I also ordered a breakfast sandwich and she told me that she had to check to see if they had it. Or course she just stood there and didn't ring it in on my check. After I ordered my drinks I asked the maniger, who was doing a great job, if they had the sandwich I wanted. He said that they had plenty of it and had to remind the girl in the front to make one. She seems like she just can't keep up.
