Jack In The Box

As someone who has experienced JITB in California, I really enjoyed a taste of Cali in Indianapolis. It makes me wish in-n-out Burger was also available in the Midwest. JITB had some amazing menu items when I lived in SoCal and I totally appreciate being able to get my fix after all these years. 5 stars all the way!

We are visiting from NC and stopped to get some lunch. I manage a restaurant back home, and was so impressed by the staff's dedication to service and cleanliness. This should be the standard! What a wonderful example. When we walked in, we were greeted by both cashier and kitchen staff, and even the manager (a female) was busy cleaning. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious! You could tell that the whole crew takes pride in their work. I don't know what you're paying them, but I promise they still deserve a raise.

This was such a pleasant surprise in the middle of the Midwest! I’m from California so this was like an oasis. The staff was friendly and the tacos were so fresh and crunchy. I honestly think they’re better than the ones I got back West. The store itself is clean and I noticed a staff member staying on top of keeping it that way. This place is great. Excited to take another road trip back!

We were greeted by Peter at the counter. We had never been to a Jack in the box so asked for recommendations and he was very helpful. I ordered the #7 with what Peter said was "good good sauce" I asked if I could taste the sauce before ordering it; he obliged, and it was delicious! My daughter got the Bacon Cheeseburger. She loved it also. The drink machine was out of numerous drinks which was annoying. Finally settled for Sweet tea only to have it run out too half way through the pour. We settled for water. Overall it was clean and satisfactory. We will be back.
