Firehouse Subs

My food was delicious! The staff was also very friendly. I ordered 2 meatball subs and I got a call from the store. The store was out of red pepper flakes and they called me to ask if there was anything I wanted to add for them to make sure I was happy with my food! This is above and beyond service. Thank you so much! I will definitely be back soon.

I love Firehouse Subs. The staff is very nice & there sandwiches are big and delicious. You'd never have to ask for extra meat like at Subway. The sandwiches are nice and warm and made right, and if it's not made right, they ate genuine about it and correct it with know attitudes. I highly recommend Firehouse Subs. They must have good management.

Some of the best hot subs around. Full disclosure, I always get the smokehouse beef and cheddar so I can't really comment on the many other sandwiches. I've had others which were WAY better than most common SUB places, but always regret not having my usual. They used to have a variety of hot sauces available which was really nice, but it seems that may have changed (like many things have) lately... Still one of the best.

Such Amazing subs, in all of Indiana if you ask me, just try their beef briskit. But sadly they downsized their stores and closed most of them, they removed all the sauces their known to have, and the place was empty looking. Because they don't pay their employees enough and sadly, their on going downhill fast in my opinion, for not investing in their employees and their customers. The inside has a 1960's type of feel to it also. What a shame. I love the friendly staff and how they reply with kindness Thank you Sabrina from guest services, if I could, I would eat at firehouse subs everyday. Thank you guys for the good that outweighs the bad, and I wish you all much love and the best of luck from my heart.

After visiting Indy and spending two days looking at the military memorials we wanted something we knew would be delicious. We were not disappointed. Ms Ruby was gracious and polite. The guys did a great job. We didn't have anything left, we ate everything. Please pass it on to them that they are appreciated. Hope she is there the next time I'm in town.
