Donatos Pizza

I ordered several things from Donatos on 96th Street the food was great. They accidentally gave me the wrong pizza no big deal things happen. The General Manager was so apologetic I had a new pizza in less than 15 minutes and he took some money off my bill which he didn't need to do. Awesome customer service. I haven't seen that lately. I'll Definately be ordering from Donatos again.

Original: Donatos is delicious but this one is just so horribly mismanaged. It goes so far beyond being busy and slammed with orders. Ordered a regular pepperoni pizza and can't even identify what was delivered (over 20 minutes late!). It's nothing at all like the regular pepperoni pizza I get once a week. Covered in cheese BLACK to a crisp and hardly any pepperoni (under the cheese?) And no seasonings. I call to see what happened and the kid on the phone goes "they must have just put extra cheese?" Now I'm on hold for 15 minutes waiting for the manager because he's "busy making pizzas". What a mess. UPDATE: after a long long wait the manager finally came to the phone and refunded the order and they're remaking it. I sincerely appreciate going above and beyond and not only refunding the order but also remaking it and redelivering it. That's good management.

I love everything about their pizza. The pepperoni tastes great and it covers the whole pizza perfectly. I like that they're smaller pepperonis, so I'm not biting into one and ripping off half the cheese on the pizza along with it. I love how the thinner crust ones are cut into squares. I always get some when I come into Indiana (from Michigan). We used to have one by me but it closed and I was so sad. Tried some sort of apple dessert thing this time as well and that was really good (though a bit messy). I ate inside at this location and the service was good. Everyone was friendly and they were attentive.
