Domino's Pizza

There was a storm with a power outage so the app and phone lines were messed up. There was ONE worker there when we went to the location since we were determined to get pizza and he apologized by making us a fresh order and a refund. He was alone and doing his best, we appreciate the effort and changed our attitudes after finding out what happened! Thank you!

I ordered at 1040pm, and didn't notice they estimated 2hours. Received it in about 1.5, driver was really nice, it was past close, and my food was still warm and edible. I was thinking I would be dissapointed, but they bettered my experience by being nice and not cancelling because it was late/busy/short staffed. Thanks

We like Domino's pizza. We like Domino's wings as well. They aren't as crispy or crunchy as Wingstop wings and that's a good thing because those always seem to dry to me. This is a wonderful place for wings basically. One of the things that I truly, truly appreciate is the fact that they're barbecue dipping sauce does not contain high fructose corn syrup. The sweetener is sugar and that's wonderful. Thank you for this detail. It is really appreciated. We will continue coming here so long as the wings are cooked the way that they have been and the pizzas are affordable and delicious as they have been. Thank you guys.

While this Domino's typically does a pretty good job, they are constantly understaffed. I say that not to complain, but to give you a heads up that there are hiccups that will be annoying. I've been placed on hold for an hour when calling (after 5 minutes I ordered online and left my phone sitting just to see how long they'd leave me waiting. THEY hung up on me after an hour.). I've been completely ignored in the store by frazzled and overworked employees. I've had them make my food and wait 90+ minutes before delivering it. So you might ask, why 4 stars? A few things... When they're good, they're really good. I've never had an incorrect order, even special requests around always handled correctly. They're always reasonably friendly when I have to interact with them. They've never hesitated to make things right when I've had a bad customer service experience. Overall, not a bad Domino's... But their management needs to stop working their folks to death and bring in some extra people.
