My order was all messed up. Missing items and items prepared incorrectly...I was unaware until I got home. So I called them and they offered to refund the entire order ( which was $47) or remake the entire order CORRECTLY. The downfall was another trip to taco bell...

I go to this location every day and i always get 2 large cups of ice (anyone with anemia will understand haha) they know me as as soon as i pull in the drive threw lol i absolutely love the staff here they are always polite to me they interact with my children and joke around with them and always treat us with kindness i really appreciate them all

Service was short after not understanding how to listening to me order. The fries were old and soggy and the cinnamon twist were hard and stale. Service was laughing and disrespectful. Very disappointed in the service. Manager was the one making jokes
