Drive through went smoothly was out of there in no time and my food right 😋

The food was an avg. Mcdonalds meal, cooked to a warm temperature when I received my order..
Kiosk service machine had no issues..
There was no customers in the lobby, definitely quite atmosphere..

Outstanding customer service!! Rico works the drive thru, and I see him most of the time when I pull up. He's always pleasant, professional, and attentive. I appreciate that he remembers me and knows I like unsweetened tea, LoL. I'm one who notices great customer service bc of MY business. Kudos to Rico!!

I had the pleasure of Ricco giving me my order through drive thru twice he is very courteous and he verified my order to make sure it was right. I think that is very important through drive thru.

Mikey Ds sholl ain't like it used to be, they asked me about an app before I ordered. I was just getting something for the grandkids to eat. McDonald's will always be the place for the kiddos. And I got to try the drink carrier hack

Your staff must've had a good night sleep last night because they were rocking it out this morning! Quick and coureous service and my food was fresh and delicious. The vanilla iced coffee had just enough sweetness, so I could actually taste the coffee; much improved over what I usually get.

McDouble cheeseburger was fine 🍔; bathroom was reasonably clean in the afternoon. 🚽
I was told they were short-staffed, and was asked to order at a kiosk once inside (which worked fine.)

The employees were friendly and very helpful. They have several KIOSK to place your order. They have friendly order people and I chose to use them. I enjoyed the Big Mac w/cheese, fries and a drink. The restroom was clean.
