Burger King

I'm giving this particular BK a 5 star rating for their knowledge in food allergies. We requested to get a couple burgers w/no bun as our daughter has celiac. The manager went above and beyond to make sure not only to not put a bun on her burgers but to have the makers change their gloves and keep her food from ours. They even went so far as to make sure the fries were sharing are in their own bag. Excellent service!

We were having a bad night and wanted to find something to eat late at night,not really late just 11pm. We first went to McDonald's at about 10:50 and they made us wait in the lane behind other cars and then shut all the lights off on us, before 11. We tried TB, also closed, then remembered this place was right up the street and online said open. We arrived and asked to wait just a moment. No problem. First of all who ever was working the window today was the most professional and friendly fast food worker I have ever encountered in my life. I will be calling whoever I have to call to get her a compliment, she deserves a RAISE! She made sure we got in our whole order and got it correct, let us know before hand if I wanted the crispy chicken it would be about 6 minutes and if that was ok. No problem. She was curtious at the window and made sure we had everything we needed. Told us our food is being made fresh to order and sorry about the wait. She also yelled back to the cars behind us she was sorry but it will be fresh and worth it! And it was. After having the lights shut off on us at on place it was great to have our whole mood change because this worker was going above and beyond customer service!
