Food is usually just fine. It's just ALWAYS dirty/messy in the lobby. Majority of the staff was on point. The soda machine was out of ice and I asked this girl if there was ice in back and her immediate and DRY answer was NO. Luckily this very tall and polite other employee came right behind her and was like I can grab you some ice from the back... totally opposite of what the girl said. He saved the experience. It's the lack of solution that typically kills it. And he again, "saved it". Food fine. Lobby just needs to be cleaned up more frequently. I've never been in there and it was clean... I've been at least one every 3 months or so.

My food was delicious! I created my own bowl! But I don't know what happened to "service with a smile." The young lady that prepared our food wasn't very friendly at all. However, the cashier, he was very nice. Perhaps better customer service training needs to be done. Customers still help businesses grow, or not!

This is a very nice Chipotle location! They building itself was very unique architecturally and was kept very clean. The staff was quick, courteous, and very kind. As with nearly all Chipotle locations the food was delicious and exactly what I expected. Inwould highly recommend this Chipotle location and would visit again if I were in the area.
