- very bad and not clean location , very bad rude employees - I wouldn't trust them touching my food , no one wearing gloves or head cover or proper uniforms - I wouldn't trust them for the safety of children - I came to buy food, and all employees were out because they have system outage. I asked when it can be fixed they said it has been like that for a while every day. I told them I have a coupon that expires on the day of visit. they didn't care. the shortest employee said go to another location. I told him I don't have a car.. he shouted WHY YOU DON'T START WALKING OUT OF HERE TO ANOTHER LOCATOIN!!!! I told him why you don't fix your systems? he grabbed something in his hand and run away toward me to hit me with it!!! the other 3 employees hold him while he was saying bad words. he was trying to follow me in the street while I was walking away. I could report this to the police but I'm leaving it to Karma and management to take him out from this location away.

Where should I start it's negative stars for this location. The only good thing about it, it was the manager being polite & also the one worker he had. That happened when I was ask to pay for my order which it was already paid for (mobile app) & when I got my order. -2 strawberry lemonade that tasted really sour & not like 🍓 -Missed extra order of fries -Missed one order of fries in 1 out 4 meals -Messed up one burger -I didn't get any sauces at all. I understand the shortage & stuff but not even one I was being patience & they took around 20-30mins to get my order done since I got to the drive thru. One of the workers was on his phone, while working, dressed code poorly I'm really disappointed 😐 & my order was a mobile order by the way it had all the details. I can understand ya'll short on staff but the one ya'll have isn't probably trained. I worked in the food industry for 15yrs.. it's not like before kids now don't really care about giving a good service, getting properly trained, caring for the job & list goes on. After covid started things got worse. I do truly appreciate the ones that really work hard let me make that clear.
