Chipotle Mexican Grill

I've only had Chipotle a few times & after visiting this location it's highly unlikely that I'll return. Not sure what the employees were doing but I never saw them cleaning the dining & serving area as customers came in & out. I requested fresh queso because what they had appeared to be from the previous day. The server told me that it was cooking & would be a while. No queso. Ordered a bowl & it was flavorless. Nothing I'd order again & definitely not at this location.

Let me start by saying o go to chipotle over 200 times a year. I drive a lot and have my go to places but sometimes I am out of the area and stop by a store. This was the worst experience I’ve had. It was dirty inside, at lest 8 tables left without being wiped down and food left on the table, the floor was covered in debris, every trash cab was overflowing, floor behind the line was covered in food and the trash can behind the line was overflowing as well, they didn’t have mobile ordering available, it seemed liked every person behind the counter was under 25. I thought chipotle had a level of excellence they held themselves too with quality food and clean dining rooms. The rice was undercooked which happens every once in a while but it was well over cooked. Didn’t seem like there was anyone in charge or taking care of the big picture stuff. I hope they get their act together at this store and this is a one time event.

Mfs don’t know how to cook the rice you can still see the u cook rice. Plus doesn’t have a good taste on the brown rice. Please hire a better cookers and get a bigger building with a bigger parking lot. Is a dangerous place for unload they products. Truck driver has to back up all way across the highway cutting off traffic.

Something is wrong with this particular store. They are so hesitant to put in the quantity. I’ve order 3-4 times from here and every time it was only a half filled bowl despite my order having extra sofritas, rice and beans. I don’t understand what’s wrong with the employees. It’s a fishing $17 bowl with all the extra charges dude, put in the stuff for god sake 🤷🏻‍♂️
