Potbelly Sandwich Shop

I patron this location at least two times a week. So much so, they know my order by memory. The staff is very jovial which increases the experience level. Even understaffed sometimes, they are very attentive. I had a situation where someone overcharged me, but talking with the manager set the situation straight. Days later, after going through my photos, I noticed that I’ve never supported this location with a review. Awesome crew, quality sandwiches… What else could you want?! A cookie!!

Not again!! Today i went back to Potbelly after a long absence. I got tired of how the amount of stuff inside the sandwich varies per person. Today was one of the worst. One slice of cucumber, a small piece of artichoke, 7 small pieces of roasted red bell pepper, a little bit of feta on the center...That is a $7-dollar sandwich!!! Looks like they have their new employees make sandwiches...clueless!! No quality control.

Asked for simple sandwhich and soup with shake. They appeared annoyed and frustrated, taking it out on preparing the order. They didn’t add the included provolone or lettuce. They didn’t even have the correct listed recipe for the chicken salad. The shake ingredients had been in various areas just sitting out in the open completely thawed. Finding the staff wearing at least one glove was difficult. Terrible attitude, unclean, wont even make the order complete. Needless to say I didn’t want my head bit off so I just paid top dollar for the disgusting food and quietly left.

Had a little bit of a bummer experience here. Ordered two sandwiches for a buy one get one deal for a 12:00pm pickup the next day. I arrived at 12:30pm the next day to pick up the sandwiches and they hadn't even started making them. So I had to wait another 20 minutes or so for them to make my sandwiches and a few of my coworker sandwiches as well. I ordered the chicken club and a wreck, and when I opened up each sandwich I realized they made two chicken clubs. One of them was made incorrectly, had mustard on it when I didn't order that, etc. They seemed a little frantic and disorganized, but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt that it was the lunch rush and they may have been understaffed. None of my colleagues seem to have any issues with their sandwiches though. Just have to knock off the rating for not having the pre-ordered sandwiches ready even a half hour after the scheduled pick up time, and then preparing the order incorrectly. That said, the sandwiches were really good and the staff was friendly given how busy it was, just some process stuff to iron out.

Pathetic !!!! Very bad store. Don’t believe any of their promotions. They have a promotion that says buy one sandwich and get another free. But when I placed an order I never got another sandwich free. Also, when asked to store manager he said I have not made the app so I cannot help you. For sure, potbelly staff needs to take lessons on customer service. Never coming back !!!
