THEY DO A GREAT JOB.... ALWAYS HAPPY WITH THE COOKIE CAKES WE GET FROM THEIR LOCATION IN THE IRVING MALL!

Always have great customer service and the cookies are fresh and the trays are never empty. Especially the manager, Julie, always chipper and willing to go above and beyond to help the customers and put a smile on their faces. I don’t even like going to other locations, prefer to drive the way to Irving to get my cookies and cookie cakes.

I had my son run in and grab me a slice of cookie cake while I waited in the car. What he brought me was basically a cracker with dry icing. The cookie was so thin and crispy it was tough to break apart. Never seen anything like it before.

Lady literally took out the cookie sample for kids. I understand she had a line but to take out the free samples
