Chili's

Sat at their bar, prompt service, they were busy for Sunday night. ordered Blackberry margarita and it was well made and tasty. Santa Fe burger not so much. It came very quick, maybe it was already made?? bun was cold, patty medium rare which would have been great except it wasn’t, lacked flavor, salt was missing, bit into a piece of paper, probably what separated between the burger patties, off flavor , maybe old? condiments did not help. Fries were good but not great, probably not cooked to order. Please, please season your food. It makes a great difference!!

Let me just say I’ve been going to this chili’s for over 8 months . I’ve dealt with issues with them but I just ignored the signs because I know mistakes happen. So fast forward today my husband & I ordered our usual today. I usually get shrimp fajitas . I always ask for corn tortillas instead of flour tortillas because that’s my preference. So if you pay attention for the receipt you can clearly see I asked for corn tortillas instead. We picked up our meal via curbside & the worker (female unaware of her name) said “ let me go see your order” . Guess what? She never came back. My husband had to go get our food from inside after waiting 7-10 mins. We got our food but we won’t be coming back to this location. I believe we have given Chili’s more than enough chances.

Funny waitress named Stephanie! She and my parents were a mess!! LOL! Excellent customer service during this visit and we were full as a tick. They accommodated every need for my parents. As long as Ms. Stephanie is there, we will be back! The food was great during this visit. Fresh, hot, and tasted good.

I liked my meal. I actually went in to order the chicken burger because it looked good in the ad. But as far as the service it wasn't a good one. My waiter didn't even see me sitting there till after five minutes. My food arrived at my table before my beverage. Once my food was given to me then that's when he noticed he never gave me my beverage. I had asked for my waiter when I was given another waiter. It's okay he was much better but only to pick up my plate. The burger was really good. I'd recommend it. Just don't expect much from the service.

I wish I could give this Chili’s a O review. I’ve given them way too many chances. I figured maybe I should give them another try but as always it’s always the same result. They are slow . So today my wife & I decided to dine in for lunch. We watched our waitress go take another table order. She didn’t bother asking us “Are we ready to order “? We were pressed for time so we didn’t have the time to wait to be honest. Our food didn’t come out as we ordered which made us question “Why we keep giving this restaurant chances”? To make matters worse we waited for our change for more than enough time. I had to get up to get my change. We looked over & the other table was long gone. The service is trash at this location & this will be the last time. We are done. We will not be giving up on Chili’s but this location won’t be seeing us again.
