Mcdonald's

This location is convenient, but consistently has issues. I've literally ordered to-go well before closing time, had my order go through, and the lady in the store tell me that "the order didn't come through because she's already pulled the cash drawers for the night." The French fries are always soggy and under salted. Probably need to change the fry oil more often! The McDonalds across the highway in the less nice area is far better; no issues, and the food tastes correctly prepared.

The employees have been getting better, but I've had trips before where ordering took five minutes since the employee had trouble understanding me due to English not being her first language. She would also get frustrated with people when she didn't understand them. They fudge orders frequently enough. Their coffee machine has been broken for a while. This is a generous review, I'd rate 2.5 if I could. As a final note, the worst thing is they often forget to give you sauce for your burritos or often give you too little.

Them kids leave super early, supposedly closes at midnight. Went there tonight at 10:30pm and two guys and one girl just kept saying “no no, we’re closed” They close up shop, get their drinks and go home lol I don’t care but it’s really annoying when someone is grabbing a late bite and end up having to drive elsewhere. At least post accurate hours if you’re going to be leaving early.

Super rude staff. I had to repeat my mobile code three times, but they were just talking to each other about personal stuff with the mic still on. The lady then said pull up to the last window, so I did. Then some pompous manager sarcastically said ma’am the second window is back there. So I explain that the lady said the last window this is the last window. He rolled his eyes and said it’s fine them and then walked away and my order was wrong. I just left. Wasn’t worth wasting my time anymore.

Extremely rude service. I ordered via drive thru and lady was screaming saying she wasn't understanding what i was telling her and even told me to speak Spanish because she wasn’t understanding when i can perfectly speak English. Even when i started speaking Spanish she was still screaming saying she was not understanding. I have always went here and no problems at all. If i could give it a 0 star i would.

Called 5 min before going if location had frappes, and they told us yes. Pulled up and the guy kept trying to guess what I was ordering and kept saying he couldn't hear me. Once I started yelling so he could hear me, he caught an attitude. Surprising, the frappe machine apparently stopped working in that time. 🙃
