Pizza Hut

i had ordered 2 eight piece wings. the store is about 10 to 12 blocks from my house. the wings were cold and i had to microwave them. unacceptable for being less than 1/4 mile away. i have been loyal to pizza hut for almost 20 years but i want my food hot and this is the second consecutive order that was cold so maybe i try the other pizza place out ?

On January the 8th, I placed an order online with a total on my MC of $29.84. After half an hour I called because my order status (app tracker) had not updated to being prepared. I called only to be told that not only had my order not even begun to be prepared, but also that my delivery would be in another 2 HOURS. I understand staffing shortages and just requested to cancel. I called to follow up since my card was charged and never credited only to be told that I would need to continue to wait until Armando comes in on Friday because the female Shift Lead (refused to provide name or employee number) lacks the necessary authority to credit my card. SERIOUSLY??? What a pathetic customer experience. I grew up ordering pizza here and as a result of this hassle will simply NEVER order here again. What a disappointment.
