They are usually not bad, but they obviously had 3rd string in tonight! Fries had been sitting there who knows how long. Burger had 2 bottom buns...

The foods was old dry hard and cold. I customized my burgers to remove items and of course the items I asked to have removed were on my burgers. I did not recieve a reciept, however they will be getting a call.

I asked them how long for potatoes or if they had any and the lady at the front register pretty much ignoring me didn't ask anybody didn't go check So I will not be going back to that Wendy's. The waiting period for the food was uncalled for it took them and One hour to get me my food.

What’s the point of craving Wendy’s after hours and every time you go there system isn’t working or they are only accepting cash after they ask what you want why don’t you just CLOSE this location because you are not our service to us in this community especially when we are hungry why are you open? If I could rate my experience here worse I would. Ordered 2 baconators, which do not come with vegetables. Waited a good 15 minutes to get the order and the food was cold to the touch, open the wrapper and it’s the absolute wrong set of burgers. Asked to have the right food brought out to only wait another 20 minutes to be handed the exact same food that was wrong. Went back to the window to find out what was going on only to have them say I was wrong and they were the right burgers. First thing I was then told was they didn’t have anymore bacon to remake them again. I asked for my money back and was told I can’t get it back because the GM was not there, which I have never heard of when working in the service industry for years. I asked for my receipt and the wrong food back only to see the “manager” Ari put her ungloved hands on the food and re wrapped it up and handed it to me.
TLDR: worst experience I have ever had, the people who work here are garbage

Always the worst service. Today I ordered not knowing they didnt take apple pay. At the time I was gonna pay, my total was like $21 and I only had $13 cash. I asked if i could pay cash and the rest with apple pay because I forgot my wallet at home. The cashier said they didnt take apple pay so I asked if she could take some nuggets off my order. She called the manager and the manager rudely rolled her eyes, and kept shaking her head and saying, “well she doesnt want half her nuggets no more” as she removed items off in the register. What if I really didnt have the money to pay, is this how you treat a customer? So rude. The food she complained about giving me turned out stale. I got a cheeseburger with the bottom piece of the bun hard and staleI cant even break the bread. Which tells me that the store doesnt care about quality of food or service. I will figure out corporates number, and report the store manager and whatever food entity I need to. You cant treat people like this and then on top give old food/stale bread. Im disgusted. How does the food pass inspection.

The wait may sometimes be a little long but i always receive good service. Like last night for instance I went and i had ordered a # 9 when I had actually meant to get a #10. They took it back and changed it with out me having to ask. And my food has always been fresh hot. Employees also have always been helpful and courteous with a good attitude. I recommend this location.

I am currently there. It is 11: 00pm. The lights are on, the drive-thru is open, everything should be ready to go. I've gone to the window for the food to see if anybody is alive and there and does not appear to be open even though every indication otherwise shows that it is. This is like the fifth time this has happened, would not recommend
