Slow. Mobile ordered before 10. Order was supposed to be ready 10:05. The barista in the window told her life story to the car in front of me. And then when I got to the window just handed me my drink, try to be nice and be like thank you. But instead I got a rude look

I wish no stars can be given. The worst service ever! The whole seem as if they are working in a railroad. The guy taking my order was rude! He did not listen to what i ordered and gave me the wrong item. Then when i told him it was the wrong item it snached it out my hand and half luke warmed me up the right item. My drink is worst ever!
Hire a whole new staff!

This Starbucks is the best. My drinks taste the same when I go and the employees are always nice and lively. Definitely my fave one to go to.

Michael was fabulous! He knew the menu and was very pleasant. The store was clean, cold, and refreshing. The employees were kind and courteous. Great way to start a Sunday!

This is the best Starbucks in Irving. It's always clean they're always nice greet you with a smile. Everyone in here knows how to make whatever on the menu. I love this place

Took a long time in the drive thru today. But my real problem with the place is that seating is uncomfortable- there's nowhere to sit facing away from people and it feels awkward. Some slightly more private seating would be good, even if it's just a couple seats facing a corner.

Music here slaps! They got electro swing, Blackpink, Lindsey Sterling, Cascada, all kinds of things (idk if this is the official playlist or one of the employee's, might be different next time). Chai is good, hot chocolate needs some work. Wish there were maybe some cushioned chairs or something, but it does feel a little small on the inside. Someone said there's not a lot of "private" feeling areas and you're always facing someone, and they're right, it might be a little awkward if it's crowded.
