Quiznos

The sandwiches are always delicious and quick service. Location is very convenient, the gentleman who owns the place is usually the one who takes/makes the orders when I've gone, and not only is he good at what he does. He's very kind, polite, and always helpful. I definitely recommend this Quiznos to anybody who like good food and friendly service.

This was my first time trying Quiznos and I am never eating here again. From the moment I stepped through the door, the man in charge (the owner or manager) was extremely rude. He began yelling at us when we were looking at the menu. This man yelled at us continuously, creating a scene when we had done nothing wrong. This man has an attitude problem. I have never received such horrible customer service. The man was even yelling at other customers who were entering the place. Save yourself the trouble of being insulted. I am not going to be returning to Quiznos ever again. I even tried to call customer service of Quiznos immediately after and waited 45 minutes but no one picked up so this just proves how horrible the customer service is. Horrible service all around.

Something must have changed in the last 3 years. Don't believe the one star reviews. Management was very friendly, service was fast even during lunch rush, food was delicious and assembled well (didn't fall apart), and the facilities were spotless, even the bathrooms. I encourage others to visit this location to make sure it stays open!
