I love this location during the day because it’s fast, professional and great customer service! During the night not so much. I had a snotty child wait on me a few minutes ago. She wouldn’t clear the menu. Asked her if her manager could help clear it. She argued used inappropriate pronouns slander. And wouldn’t get my order. I went into the location and the manager didn’t know/ confirmed not an issue with the screen and took my order.It came across as really privileged and from the child working the drive thru. I didn’t appreciate it at all. I’ve seen her there before, treating other customers the same. I doubt the issue will be resolved. Wish her best of luck with her future career in fast food.with that attitude, it doesn’t seem like a promising outlook until she grows up.

DO NOT GO HERE. I won’t ever come to a McDonald’s ever again because GHETTO. A lady with a gold grill and braids didn’t wanna serve me because after one hour of me waiting, because they were mad that’s I was upset and didn’t want to serve me or anyone after me. They also told me to drive off if I didn’t like that I was waiting so long.

This location is usually quick and friendly. Must have been a off day. Went inside bcuz drive through was packed. I stood first in line for 12mins, wasn't greeted or acknowledged the whole time. Everyone was working drive thru. Finally, someone took my order by walking up to counter & just looked at me. Didnt say a word to me. Fries and sandwich were cold.

Old, dried out, nasty McNuggets on April 3, 2019 1:47 am. Took the order home, before knowing the condition of the McNuggets. Phoned them about the nasty nuggets, and the female swore the McNuggets were just cooked fresh. I informed her that I had pics, that changed her mind about the freshness of the McNuggets. We did receive FRESH replacement McNuggets later in the day. Why would McDonald's have old, dried out, nasty McNuggets and lie about it, still remains the question. And the female lied about her name, no one at the store knew the name that she gave over the phone, but I do remember her, because she was rude at the drive thru window.
