Jack In The Box

First off, I want to start by saying this is my first experience with Jack in the Box. I saw a lot of bad reviews for this place, so I was very hesitant to come here. I'm only able to rate this place 4 out of 5 because the man that took our order acted like he hated his job and they missed the sauces requested. Besides that, everything was good! We ordered 3 burgers, and 2 extra sides of fries. Everything in our order was correct. All of our food was hot and we were through the drive through very quickly. All in all, about 15 minutes or less. The quality of the food was very good, no complaints about anything. It was all made correctly and exactly as ordered. The drinks were correct and they gave us no hassle with the order. At the end of the day, it was good! I would come here again to order, and im proud to say that. For them being open 24 hours, Im sure the staff changes, but overall a good experience!

Man, hands down the best fast food experience I’ve had all year!! Fast, efficient, and nice. There was at least 6 cars ahead of me when I pulled up. I got my food in less than 5 minutes and everything was correct and fresh. I got here around 11:30 pm.. I headed here from another Jack in the box that closed an hour early. I was just thinking on the way over, based on all my fast food experiences this year, that thanks to the great resignation and everybody being short staffed that terrible customer service, work ethic, food quality etc was the new standard and that we just have to put up with it. This Jack in the crack restored my faith in humanity. And this food is bussin 🤤 10 stars

The drive-thru wasnt busy, yet it took 30 minutes to get to the window, only to be told it was cash only after the kid at the window did not say that when I ordered. If you’re going to be slow service, then at least hire some people who know what they’re doing. I definitely wouldn’t keep that kid working for me.
