Which Wich Superior Sandwiches

I had not so great experience here. The mark was missed with the quality of the food and customer service. The cashier charged us incorrectly and could not figure out how to fix it. He made a mistake and made us pay for it. The sandwiches were less than subpar. A wicked should be just that and a super food wrap should be super. They skimped on the ingredients and did not make our sandwiches with love. Highly dissatisfied. The owner wrote me back upon sending in the survey, and felt like he was justified because I redeemed a free chips and drink coupon. A super wicked is $15 plus tax, no excuse. The pictures speak for themselves. I've been a patron of Which Wich since the concept arrived and I know what to expect. I had so much wrap left over it was ridiculous. Hubby was not happy. The mark was missed, own up to it.

Has vegan and vegetarian options. The bread is exceptional. Now they have the option of fries or chips. They also have shakes if you're interested. You create your own sandwich by filling out a paper bag (that lists options). Watch out for the *asterisks* these indicate upcharge. Plus, if you get a large cup, you get to leave with a reusable cup! Definitely download the app and sign up for the rewards program.

Great options. Great food. The problem is the amount of time it takes to get it. You can expect to wait 15-25 minutes for a sandwich during lunch time when their competitors take less than half that.. And it's all to do with their model and how they have it set up. If they addressed this, and made their station larger with more staff in the appropriate areas of preparation, their sales would sky rocket because it is a great product. However I refuse to go there during peak times.

I love the Which Wich concept and this store location. I read some of the reviews here and I have to put my two cents here. I eat here at least twice a week and the sandwich is always great. The store is clean and the staff are real friendly and efficient. What is irritating are some of the guests that come and slow the process down. They order everything and I mean everything on the bag which clogs the line up. I was at the store in fact when Kumar who wrote a review came in. She and her family were rude and demanding and ordered practically everything on the bag! Then one of the family was getting in the staff's face for his rewards points. Guys - this is America. You can't do this here and you need to be civil to the staff. They are doing their job perfectly!
