Pizza Hut

Please be more decisive and transparent about the rules regarding curbside orders and in-store pickup. I placed an order online for curbside. As I was going through the process, I was provided an option to pay with cash. The order went through with a confirmation email sent to me with a provided link includes to indicate when I am in the parking lot. Once I arrived, I clicked this link. There was no action (no phone call, text, or email) on their part for about 10 minutes. I decided to call thinking they may have been busy only for them to tell me that curbside orders have to be paid in advance before they can bring me my food. Therefore, I had to go inside the store. Issue number 1: the order should not have been completed or I should have been blocked from completion if this was the case Issue number 2: they could have called me to let me know but they were silent until I had to call them. I wasted time. That is not professional. Issue number 3: no apologies or middle ground; attitude only. Poor customer service overall.

When I complained about the lack of cheese, the manager (young black female with long braids/she refusedto give me her name) said it was in the crust, I said excuse me, she replied sir we use a quarter cup of cheese and you have the option to purchase extra cheese. This female was a smart a-s-s & appeared to be under the influence but I believe she was being honest (look at the picture the cheese is white there is almost none).

This pizza hasn't generally been a good experience the couple times i have come. Today i ordered online and when i arrived my order said it was ready on the screen when i came in. They seemed to only have 1 person working for lunch during the work week. She said hi when i came in, but kept making pizza after pizza without letting me pick up my pizza and go. After 10 mins i was able to call her to come up to the front so i could pay. There were other people wanting to order as well. Needs more staff, not take as long to get to customers, and not be rude when finally coming over. I could understand if i had demanded when i first came in, but i waited through several cycles of making pizzas and putting them in the oven. Guess I'll just keeping getting the personal pizzas across the street from taco bell like i normally do, instead of the full pizzas.

I have been in the USA for last 7 years and i have visited many Pizza places. But this is always amazing and amazing people. Tastes always best. Their smiley faces and customer service is always best. People who feed others are like God to me. Thanks and Keep up the good work. Best of Luck and Be safe.

I placed the order online for carry out and the website indicated it would be ready in 25 to 35 minutes. I went to pick it up thirty minutes later and was told that not only was it not ready, that it would be at least another hour before it was. I had a hotel lobby full of hungry soccer players so I was forced to cancel the order and scramble and make other, last-minute arrangements to feed them. Then to add insult to injury, I was told it would be three to five days before I see the money back in my account! Horrible experience. I will likely never consider Pizza Hut again for any event.

We purchased pizza on the app and it did not go through but still charged us. So we thought we would call and get it sorted out. We called and explained our situation and they said they would send it to us, no problem. I had to recite my order 4 times. Then the delivery driver took 45 minutes and called for directions. When he got here he kept asking for the money, we told him that we had already paid (which we did) and he left. Then I receive a very angry phone call from Pizza Hut saying that we need to pay. They even threatened to send the delivery guy back to my house. So they made us drive up to the restaurant! What an absolute mess! Will not order from here again. No communication skills at all. Poor app quality and delivery drivers that don’t know their way around.
