My husband went to the Shady Grove location the other day and he had to use the kiosk to order our food. We as customers shouldn't have to use the kiosk. The employees behind the counter should take our orders. That is what they get paid to do

Drive-thru was in and out pretty fast. Drive thru clerk was friendly. Packaging of my order was packaged nicely, not sloppy. My order was correct as well as no issues with my food order and was nice and hot.

One of the better locations across Irving and Dallas area. Normally crowded but the line goes fast and the orders are accurate. Staff is friendly and food is hot.

I love this place. just about everyone remembers my name and my dogs name and what she eats and her water. she is a best customer. she eats mostly sides od chicken 2 cups and crispy tacos chicken. and different breakfast items. her name is cookie 23 years ols. she is me and my husbands only child now for my only precious most wonderfil daughter Trisjla Chafin died and our cookie filled so much of the big hole in our hearts. I am terribly depressed absolutely the saddedt petson i feel and cookie is my only happiness. thats why she gets her happiness at taco bell. i love when ee pull in the drive and she starts bsrkimg and wagging thst tail. i try to do anything to make her happy. she is 13 and im so worried she is going to die and i truly believe i will right beside her. i just hope yhe taco bell stays for my cookie. i will always remember this taco bell for her. i will always see her wagging excited tail and hear her happy bark there. oh please God bless all those people that remember her and made sure she got her fav and her water. especially anna.k
